Traceability:
what does it mean to you?

All meat sourced from an FSA approved plant carries labelling that shows the provenance of the product. On all of our meat you will find the country of origin and country it was slaughtered in. Why is this information important you may ask? As a company we promote PGI (protected geographical indication), to achieve this an animal must be born, reared and typically slaughtered within a specific region. This not only shows the integrity of the product, but also keeps food miles to a minimum.
